My name is Breelyn Vanleeuwen (call me Bree) it's more than wonderful to have you here! I am the founder and CEO of Daily Shade. I am also a Physician Associate (PA) with a passion for enjoying the sun safely and a Mom. I LOVE the sunshine! Because of my background I have learned the best ways to be a sun chaser, SAFELY, and I want to share that with all of you! I'm a concerned mom with the medical background to make a difference. This company was started after my daughter had a terrible reaction to a chemical sunscreen from a very popular baby sunscreen brand. Once I learned the dangers of chemical sunscreens I exclusively started using 100% mineral sunscreens BUT there was a HUGE problem...every single one (all 55 brands I purchased) made them look like little ghosts running around (I know you all know exactly what i'm talking about). When I couldn't find anything close to what I needed, I decided to create one! And that's just what we did. My amazing team and I have created the PERFECT kid Sunscreen.
